1. Operator and contact
This website is operated by Rock Capital Limited. Contact: RockCapital5@outlook.com. Correspondence address: UNITB,7/F, KAIFAT BUILDING, 204-210 WING LOK STREET SHEUNG, SHEUNG WAN,HONG KONG.
2. Scope and eligibility
These terms apply to browsing, creating an account and requesting clothing orders through this website. You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account details, protect your password and notify us of suspected misuse. An account is required to submit checkout orders. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
4. Product information
Products are the clothing sets described on their pages. Check sizes, fabric composition and care guidance before ordering. Images are digitally created product illustrations; lighting and screen settings affect colour. Ask us to confirm an essential detail before payment.
5. Intellectual property
Site content and original visuals belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping. You may not copy or commercially redistribute our content without permission. No affiliation with third-party clothing brands is implied.
6. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are in USD. Product prices, agreed shipping charges and applicable taxes form the final amount. Shipping quotations and destination-specific charges are confirmed before payment. We correct obvious errors before acceptance and seek your agreement to a changed amount.
7. Orders and acceptance
Checkout creates a pending order request. An order receipt is not acceptance or proof of payment. A binding purchase is accepted when we confirm the order and final terms in writing after availability and payment arrangements are agreed. We may reject an order for legitimate reasons explained to you.
8. Payment and irregularities
The current checkout saves pending orders and does not take payment or create a PayPal transaction. Payment instructions and the final total are confirmed separately before payment. We do not dispatch unpaid orders. We may pause an order while a payment discrepancy is investigated.
9. Shipping and fulfilment
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timing are agreed before payment. Provide a complete address. Actual tracking is supplied when available after dispatch. Risk and ownership pass as required by the applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory delivery remedies.
10. Cancellation and withdrawal
You may request cancellation before dispatch. Pending unpaid orders can be cancelled without a fee. After dispatch, the returns process may apply. Any statutory withdrawal rights and mandatory cancellation periods remain available.
11. Returns, refunds and remedies
Our Returns & refunds policy describes the voluntary 30-day return request window and the assessment process. Faulty, misdescribed and undelivered goods retain all mandatory remedies. Refunds are made through the original payment route where possible after approval.
12. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service, harvest personal data or upload unlawful material. We may restrict activity reasonably suspected to create security or legal risks, with proportionate action.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy policy explains account, order, technical and support data. Essential cookies support the cart, login and security. Order and support communications are service messages. We do not add you to marketing communications without the consent required by law.
14. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect technical accuracy. We correct material errors and contact affected customers. Nothing here excludes a mandatory guarantee about goods, title, description or reasonable care.
15. Liability and events outside our control
Each party is responsible to the extent provided by applicable law. We are not liable for losses that could not reasonably be anticipated, subject to mandatory consumer protections. We will communicate about serious interruptions outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Law and disputes
Hong Kong law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer elsewhere, mandatory protections and any right to use your local courts remain unaffected. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; this does not prevent other available remedies.
17. Changes, severability and contact
We may update terms for future use and orders, showing the revised date. The terms agreed for an accepted order continue to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the rest. Contact RockCapital5@outlook.com for questions.
