1. Currency and pricing

Product prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). The price for a set covers the top and bottom described on that product page. Any shipping charge or applicable tax must be agreed before payment.

2. Order submission and payment

Checkout currently saves an order as Pending payment. Submitting the PayPal-labelled order button does not itself create a PayPal transaction or take payment. Your confirmation page and account show the pending status. We do not collect card details on this website.

3. Payment arrangements

We will confirm product availability, delivery destination, shipping charges and the final amount with you before requesting payment. No order is dispatched until payment has been received and verified. Do not send money to an account supplied by an unverified sender; confirm any payment instructions through RockCapital5@outlook.com.

4. Order acceptance

An automated order receipt acknowledges your request. It does not confirm payment or final acceptance. If we cannot fulfil the request, we will inform you and, if any money has been taken, arrange an appropriate refund.

5. Payment questions

Contact RockCapital5@outlook.com with your order number. Never send card numbers, passwords or security codes by email. Refunds for completed payments are handled through the original payment route where possible.
